Cancellations: Boarding reservations require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation may be charged for the first night’s stay.
Check-In & Check-Out: Boarding is charged per night, not per day. Your dog’s pickup time should be the same as, or earlier than, the original drop-off time. If your dog is picked up after the original drop-off time, a daycare fee will be added for that day.
Example: Drop off Monday at 10:00 AM → Pick up Thursday by 10:00 AM to avoid an additional daycare charge.

No. For privacy and operational reasons, we do not provide pet parents with access to the suite cameras. Our team closely monitors all dogs throughout their stay.
No. We do not offer middle-of-the-night pickups. Please arrange to collect your dog during our designated pickup hours.
