Cancellations: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for all daycare cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full daycare charge.
Late Pick-Up: Dogs must be picked up before closing. A $50 late pickup fee will be charged for every hour, or portion thereof, after closing.

No. We offer flexible drop-in daycare for occasional visits, as well as membership options for dogs who attend regularly. Whether you’re visiting once a week or several times a week, there’s an option to suit your needs.
All new dogs begin by completing our registration process. This allows our team to learn more about your dog and ensure they’re a great fit for the Happy Tails environment before their first visit.
We’ll let you know exactly what to bring when you register your dog. In most cases, we’ll ask for any required documentation and details about your dog’s routine, health and dietary needs.
Yes. Our experienced team provides attentive supervision throughout the day, ensuring every dog can play, socialise and rest in a safe, well-managed environment.
Absolutely. Many dogs are new to daycare when they first visit us. Our team takes the time to help each dog settle in at their own pace and ensures they’re introduced to the environment in a positive, supportive way.
Yes. After registering, all new dogs must complete a brief evaluation before their first day of daycare. Evaluations are held at Happy Tails on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, take approximately 10-15 minutes, and owners must remain present throughout the evaluation.
Once registration is complete, you’ll be able to book an evaluation, which gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog and ensure they’re the right fit for our community.
