Appointment Time: Please arrive during your scheduled appointment window.
Early Drop-Off: Dogs dropped off more than 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment will be checked into daycare, and a daycare charge will apply.
Late Pick-Up: Once your dog’s groom is complete, there is a 1-hour complimentary pickup window. Dogs picked up more than 1 hour after completion will be checked into daycare, and a daycare charge will apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows: We require 48 hours’ notice for grooming cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged the full grooming service.
